"La Isla de las nostalgias, a piece that is rooted in the day I returned from taking my son to study at the university in Philadelphia. My return to the empty house, the finding of all those socks abandoned in the drawers of my son's room. Miguel's socks that later became the thousands of lost and forgotten socks in a common, intimate and collective theme, with an eye as a symbol of awakening, that we are aware, looking, acting."
